By using a creative mix of standard educational formats and the popularity of Hip-Hop, the Hip-Hop Association is committed to organizing the community we call T.O.P.S.Y. Partnership (Teachers, Organizations, Parents, Social Workers and Youth) to create a centralized repository for educational data, communication, and reform.
